Akihiro Ueda

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Momoyama Gakuin University, and joined Sharp Corporation in 2008.
After three years at the head office, he moved to the United Arab Emirates. And worked in Saudi Arabia and Egypt to expand home appliances business in the Middle East and Africa. He joined Terra Motors Corporation in March 2015, and as a sales manager, grew his Bangladesh business from 0 to $10 million business. After serving as head of the 4 Asian countries, he became CEO of the terra motors corporation in October 2019.

Toru Tokushige

Graduated from Kyushu University’s Faculty of Engineering. Worked on product and management planning at Sumitomo Insurance Company, Limited (at that time). After leaving the company, he received MBA degree from Thunderbird Business School in the U.S.A and enrolled in hands-on support to core technology start up in Silicon Valley. In 2010, he started an EV business, Terra Motors, and grew the business size up to 30,000 EV annual sales mainly in Asia. Then, in 2016, he founded Terra drone, a drone business that aims to create a business that can win in the world. He wrote a revenge strategy “Made by Japan”‘ (PHP Institute). He is a part-time lecturer at the Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Sciences, Chiba University.

Kosuke Nakagawa

Graduated from Chuo University Faculty of Law. He joined Terra Motors Corporation as an intern in 2013. After graduating, he was assigned to Terra Motors India in 2015. After his assignment, he was mainly in charge of the East India region, where he worked to build a huge sales network that was the driving force for achieving 10 times sales in 2017. Now he is in charge of Operations for the entire country as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In October 2019, he became a director of the head office.

Masanori Takahashi

After Graduated from Shibaura Institute of Technology , Joined Honda Motor in 2011. Joined Terra Motors in 2014 and in charge of field research and development of battery and charger for EV/3W first. Come to India in 2015, responsible for not only launching EV/3W , set up factory but also development, quality, production, after-service management. The model which is led by him became a large hit in Indian market, and it contribute 10 times sales number compare with previous year in 2017. Appointed to CTO in 2018 and appointed to Director in 2019.

Go Suzuki

Graduated from Waseda University with a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from Keio University. He served as the general manager of Terra Motors Vietnam office, the general manager of Terra Drone South America office, the head of new business, and the head of Terra DX Solutions, before becoming a director of Terra Motors in 2023.

Ichiro Ishii

Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Engineering, and joined Tokyo Marine & Fire Insurance in 1978, and began working in the international insurance business in 1985 when he joined TMM in the U.S. From 2000, he led the growth strategy of the life and non-life insurance business through M&A in Asia, and in 2001, established the Group’s first overseas life insurance company (MLITH) in Thailand through M&A, introducing a management structure with a joint team of local executives and Japanese advisors. In 2008, he was appointed as General Manager of Tokyo Marine Holdings’ International Business Planning Department and established a new organization to strengthen the IT and HR functions of the international insurance business. In 2020, he left the Tokyo Marine Group to become an advisor to Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC.

Yukio Yoda

Graduated from Kyoto University, Faculty of Law, and joined the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) in 1973. After working for the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), he served as Counsellor for Commerce and Economic Affairs at the Embassy of Canada before becoming Director General of JETRO San Francisco in 1979. In 2002, he joined Kyocera Corporation, where he was in charge of venture company investment, M&A, etc. He analyzed business plans, income and expenditure forecasts, etc. for new projects, evaluated top management’s ability to handle business, etc. for investment decisions, and participated in the creation of corporate governance and compliance organizations and systems for the group to comply with the SOX Act. In 2007, he became independent and established Task Yoda. In 2011, he became an advisor and executive officer of SOLE Corporation.
