The management of a housing complex is having trouble deciding the cost of installation.
This plan provides subsidy support to reduce the purchase cost of EV chargers, and Terra Motors will bear the equipment cost and installation cost, making the installation virtually free of charge. After agreed-upon support, IoT devices are installed in the EV chargers, and cloud management is performed via a dedicated application.
On-site survey quotation
Our representative will visit the site, listen to your concerns, survey the parking lot where the EV charger will be installed, and prepare the quotation.
Installation of EV chargers
Contracted with the management association to install charging facilities in the parking lot, and Terra Motors’ original EV chargers and IoT devices will be installed for collective cloud management. Installation costs are free.

Installed EV charger but having trouble shifting to beneficiary pay
The team will try to understand your current problems and propose a plan for a smooth transition to a lump-sum payment for the beneficiaries. After agreement by the board of directors, Terra Motors will install IoT devices free of charge, and residents will pay directly for the use of the devices through an app.
